What we collect
When you submit an acquisition enquiry, we collect the contact, company, buyer-profile, intended-use, budget, timeframe and message information you choose to provide. We may also receive the referring page, campaign parameters, submission time and a limited user-agent description used for delivery and security.
Why we collect it
Information is used to assess strategic fit, verify and respond to an acquisition enquiry, protect the form from misuse, maintain an appropriate record of the conversation and, where relevant, prepare due-diligence materials.
Service providers and processing
Enquiries may be processed by hosting, email-delivery, security and analytics providers acting on behalf of Pass.xyz. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. They receive only the information reasonably required to provide their service.
Analytics and cookies
The site may collect page, source and conversion events to understand whether the acquisition journey is working. Analytics must not include your full name, email address, message or other free-text enquiry content.
Retention
Acquisition enquiries may be retained for up to 24 months, or longer where reasonably required for an active negotiation, legal obligation, security matter or transaction record. Information that is no longer needed should be securely deleted.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
